Gideon Caro McDonald (he/him) is a theatre artist based in Philadelphia, PA. He received a BFA in Musical Theatre from Temple University, but spent the first 3 years of his education at The University of the Arts prior to its closure.

Born in South Philly right across from the Italian Market, Gideon was raised in a household where the arts were cherished, differences were encouraged, and The Muppets were role models. Gideon found himself on stage early on, performing in children’s theater at Philly PACK and playing drums at Bluebond Guitars Rock School. From there, Gideon has laid roots in the city of brotherly love, working as a professional actor and musician, as well as an educator, improviser, and writer. Alongside being a latino artist, he works to tell new stories, cultivate welcoming and diverse rooms, and ultimately make friends that share in these aspirations. He’s thrilled to be a part of Make Good for these same reasons, and can’t wait to lead with honesty and collaboration.
